Returns and Refunds:
All sales final. There is no return or refund once the product was purchased except in the case of a
defective product as noted below. Returned items (with a R.O. #) for warranty must be in original, new
condition with all parts, manual(s), cables and original packaging.
When you place an order for subscription and if the account is not activated yet, you may get a refund. If
the subscription has been activated, there will be no refund. There is no warranty on any digital services.
Boxes may be updated at no additional cost within 30 days of purchase (or date product is delivered).
After 30 days standard fees are applicable.
Shipping costs are additional (hardware portion only) All updates by appointment only.
Digital/electronic services provided are deemed all sales final. No returns, no refund allowed even if
cancelled.
Updates, set up services are deemed completed when the unit is picked up by the customer.
Physical (android boxes, remotes etc) may include a manufacture’s limited warranty that may allow for
returns or repairs. Please ask for details. In all cases shipping and handling is the responsibility of the
customer and all items requiring service and adjustment must be approved prior to return.
All new Smart TV boxes may be brought in one time within 90 days (by appointment only) for a factory
reset and new programming at no charge.
